Plan your next event at the Quince Orchard Park Clubhouse!

The social hall is available for rental by all Quince Orchard Park members.  Residents of The Vistas at Quince Orchard Park can rent the clubhouse if they have purchased a pool and clubhouse membership.

The maximum capacity of the social hall is 140 people.  To avoid overcrowding, the recommended occupancy is 80 people.  

Ten 8′ rectangular tables and 40 plastic stacking chairs are included in the rental fee along with use of the kitchen (sink, microwave, refrigerator).  The stove is not available for use at this time.  

There are approximately 20 parking spaces in the parking lot.  Overflow parking is available on nearby roadways.

Access to the pool and fitness center are not included in the rental fee and these areas may not be used during rentals for the safety and convenience of your guests and community residents.  For more information, view the Clubhouse Rules.

When not in use for rentals, the hall is also open for lounging or work from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
