The Quince Orchard Park clubhouse is located at 515 Highland Ridge Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20878.  Access to the clubhouse is with a keyfob that can be requested by submitting a Clubhouse Access Agreement.

The social hall is available for rental by all members of Quince Orchard Park. Residents of The Vistas at Quince Orchard Park can rent the facility only if they have purchased an annual pool and clubhouse membership.  Visit the Clubhouse Rentals page to view the clubhouse rental calendar and rental agreement and to make a reservation.

The fitness center includes cardio machines (treadmills, stair climber, ellipticals), weight machines and free weights.  The facility is open to all Quince Orchard Park members, and residents of The Vistas at Quince Orchard Park who have purchased an annual pool and clubhouse membership.  Visit the Fitness Center page for more information, including how to obtain a key fob.
