Homes in Quince Orchard Park Condominium 1 & 2 are part of both the Condominium and the Community Association.

The Community Association is responsible for the common areas that are not part of the Condominium, including the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, basketball court, picnic area, entrance monuments, green space.

The Condominiums are responsible for the maintenance of the building structures as outlined more fully in the legal documents.  Each Condominium is also responsible for the common area outside of each building that falls within the parcel of land belonging to that Condominium.  

The Community Association and each Condominium has its own Board of Directors who establish rules and set the annual operating budget.  Condominium owners are subject to the legal documents and rules of both the Condominium and Community Association and pay a separate assessment to each association.
